This Privacy Policy explains how i-talk-u (“the App”) handles information and how third-party services used by the App may process information.
i-talk-u is a language practice and communication utility that helps users create prompts for language practice, interview practice, and real-time conversations using compatible third-party AI services.

Third-party services integrated with the App, including Google AdMob and Apple, may process certain information independently as described in this policy.

This information is stored locally and is not uploaded to servers operated by us.
Your device backup provider, including Apple iCloud if enabled, may include App data in device backups according to that provider's own settings and privacy policy.
Uninstalling the App will normally remove locally stored App data, subject to device backups and operating system behaviour.
When you use the “Copy Prompt” function, the generated prompt is placed on your device clipboard so that you can paste it into another app.
i-talk-u does not upload your clipboard contents to servers operated by us.
i-talk-u does not include its own AI chat service and does not send your prompts or conversations to an AI API operated by us.
If you copy a prompt into a third-party AI service:
Examples of compatible services may include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI services. Mention of a third-party service does not mean that it is operated by or affiliated with i-talk-u.
i-talk-u uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements.
Users may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement before copying certain generated prompts, including supported Interview and Real Conversation prompts.

Where required, including in certain regions such as the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and Switzerland, the App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or related consent tools to present privacy choices before advertising is requested.
Where applicable, users may also be provided with a way to review or change their advertising privacy choices.
i-talk-u does not intentionally request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission for cross-app tracking as part of its current advertising implementation.

i-talk-u offers an optional one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase.
When the purchase is active, rewarded advertisements are no longer required for supported Interview and Real Conversation prompt-copying functions.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple's StoreKit system.
We do not receive or store your payment card number, banking information, or Apple Account password.
The App may check your verified App Store purchase entitlement to determine whether the Remove Ads purchase is active.
Apple may process purchase and transaction information according to Apple's own privacy policy.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through servers operated by us.
Third-party services such as AI providers and advertising providers have their own age requirements, privacy policies, and terms. Parents and guardians should review those requirements before allowing children to use those services.
Because language settings, interview content, and saved setups are primarily stored on your device, their security also depends on your device security, including your passcode, biometrics, operating system updates, and backup settings.
